3.视频压制软件HandBrake，一款专业强大的免费视频压制处理软件，Handbrake 可以处理转换几乎所有主流常见的视频格式，并且支持读取 DVD、蓝光光盘的内容，并能将它们转换到一些常用的格式，这款软件我特别喜欢用，用来压制蓝光光盘特别好用，视频编码支持H.265(x265 和 QuickSync),H.264(x264 和 QuickSync), H.265 MPEG-4 和 MPEG-2, VP8, VP9 以及 Theora.

4.PotPlayer 添加解码器8K和众多皮肤，功能不用多说了，视频播放最强大的软件之一.

5.保护视力workre，一款工作防沉迷软件，它可以按照你设置的时间间隔弹出提示窗口强制你休息，防止你太沉醉于工作(游戏、上网)以致于损害了身体。休息的过程中，还可以跟着它一起做做C.
